Everything BUT the kitchen sink

When I first walked through Malaga I was so excited to discover the original farmhouse sink still intact. I had the contractor remove sink, so we could have it restored and installed in the new kitchen--- The sink has vanished from the backyard--all 300lbs!!

Hi.. I'm your neighbor around the corner (also owner of a 1920's home) and I have been walking by the house for years and wishing I could restore it myself. I applaud you for doing what you're doing!

I look forward to following the progress on your home and I hope to meet you one day. Also, I have some Jamaican Tall Coconut Tree seedlings if you'd like one or two to replace the old one in front.
all the best,
Lisa

hello Neighbor!

As you can see not much is happening--we are waiting for permits. Tick-Tock.....

I hope we meet in person soon.
