This was my grandmother, Marjorie Carling's house. It looks like it did the last day we were there to clean up the brush in the yard and get one last look inside on memorial weekend 2007. My Dad remembers fondly his childhood with his brother having water balloon fights off the parapet. And I remember the vivid colors of the tiles on the patio off the kitchen and the front steps. I am so glad you made the effort to renovate and save this history as I don't think any of the other homes on the street still have the coral castle look this home had. I am in architecture school now studying architecure history so again I am glad this home was preserved and hope your family enjoys it. dianelindsey@knights.ucf.edu
