brown paper packages tied up in string...
I ordered a blue cast enamel house number from France and a blue enamel 'W.C." sign for the powder room from England (via eBay). They both arrived on the same day in these lovely brown parcels. So sweet, I do not want to rip them open. Notice the smaller package is addressed to LORD Sally--it was one of the options on the form (Mr., Mrs., Miss, Lord, Lady...)

Awesome renovation. My Dad was Coconut Grove Postal Supervisor. I met Lilly in this house during the 60's. Or maybe in her shop. I also met Dr. John C. Lily, the dolphin researcher and I guess LSD researcher. lol. Love this blast from my past. I was born in Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1946. True native. Can't get my husband to take me back very often. The traffic.
