The 1920's Villa on St. Gaudens Road built by Albert William Frantz of the Sunshine Fruit Company. "The two-story L-shaped house, with a picturesque wooden balcony overlooking the front yard, was designed by Richard Kiehnel of Kiehnel and Elliott. I still need to live in a Spanish revival house. I've been through many periods of American architectural styles but this is still on my dream list. That house is spectacular. Fight the good fight! Happy Holidays!! xoxo Mis718
